Marmon Holdings, an industrial conglomerate belonging to Chicago’s wealthiest family and Hyatt Hotel chain owner–the Pritzkers, would sell 60 percent of its stake worth of $4.5 billion to the investor Warren Buffet company, Berkshire Hathaway Inc.
